Accessibility and accommodation
Access should not depend on how someone sees, hears, moves, or reads.
Colorado Outdoor Estates Registry targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and continues to test the complete owner journey. This is a target and operating commitment, not a claim that every page or third-party service is perfect.
Current support
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, tools, accordions, and explanations.
- A skip link, visible focus treatment, mobile navigation, and 200–400% reflow support.
- Plain-language labels, error messages, status announcements, and form instructions.
- Hover, focus, tap, and Escape behavior for short explanatory tooltips.
- Reduced-motion support and contrast-tested primary interface colors.
- Accessible HTML versions for core planning and intelligence content.
Downloadable documents
The two designed planning PDFs include document-language metadata, titles, basic structural tags, and ordered page reading streams. They have not been independently certified to PDF/UA, and the complete HTML Capital Planning Field Guide remains the most semantically detailed version. A plain-text or individually adapted version is available on request.

Report a barrier
Please identify the page, the task you were trying to complete, the browser or assistive technology if known, and the format or response that would work better. The Registry will acknowledge the request and work toward a practical alternative while the underlying issue is reviewed.
