By using this site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.

Operator and contact

This site and its services are operated under the business name Colorado Outdoor Estates Registry (the “Registry”). Questions may be sent to info@coloradooutdoorestates.com.

Registry role

Colorado Outdoor Estates Registry provides preliminary project screening, including confidential manual review of certain defined projects below its standard $500,000 threshold, and may make one curated introduction to a selected integrated outdoor-living firm. Manual review is not automatic qualification or partner routing. The Registry is not the architect, engineer, contractor, permit authority, insurer, fiduciary, or guarantor for a project.

Professional relationships

Participating firms may compensate the Registry. A property owner contracts directly with any selected firm and remains responsible for evaluating that firm and the proposed agreement. Review the Registry disclosures for details.

No guarantee

Meeting initial criteria, submitting a below-threshold manual-review request, or receiving a preliminary determination does not guarantee an introduction, consultation, proposal, availability, price, schedule, permit, or successful project. Owners must conduct their own professional, financial, legal, licensing, insurance, reference, and contract review.

Information accuracy

Users agree to provide accurate information and not submit confidential material they are not authorized to disclose. Educational content is general and is not property-specific professional advice.

Public-data tools

Site Intelligence, Climate, Construction Conditions, and Materials Atlas content is preliminary educational screening. Public datasets may be incomplete, generalized, delayed, or unavailable. Tool outputs do not establish survey boundaries, buildability, code compliance, flood-insurance status, engineering values, geotechnical conditions, professional design, or a construction price.

Permitted use

Owners and advisers may use the site for lawful personal and professional planning. Users may not interfere with the service, submit another person's information without authority, scrape or overload public-data endpoints, misrepresent Registry output as a professional determination, or imply endorsement by a government agency.

Accessibility

The Registry targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and provides alternative ways to complete the assessment or receive planning content. See the Accessibility and Accommodation page.

Questions about a submitted inquiry should include the registry reference displayed on the submission receipt and may be sent by replying to Registry correspondence or using the direct contact above.
