Privacy notice
This notice is provided by Colorado Outdoor Estates Registry (the “Registry”). It explains what the Registry collects, why it is used, where property-tool queries go, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

Information collected
The Registry may collect assessment answers, name, email, phone, property address, project details, and—for a below-threshold manual review request—more precise allocation, project structure, phasing, and design-readiness information. It may also collect consent records, referral URLs, campaign parameters, click identifiers, session identifiers, and technical delivery events. Calls made to a tracked number may create call-status and duration records. Calls are not recorded by default.
Site Intelligence queries
The Registry does not save an address, coordinates, or returned report from the Site Intelligence or Climate tools. To produce a result, an entered address is sent to the U.S. Census geocoder, and coordinates are sent to the applicable USGS, USDA, FEMA, and NOAA services. Those agencies receive the request needed to return data and may maintain their own service logs under their policies. The Registry receives the response long enough to display it in the browser.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate standard project suitability or a confidential below-threshold manual-review request, make one curated introduction to an integrated outdoor-living firm when a credible fit is established, respond to inquiries, secure the service, measure campaign and referral performance, and improve regional content.
Your information is never sold
The Registry does not sell or rent personal information, project details, application information, or analytics data. Payment does not purchase access to applicant data or placement in a public ranking. A standard-qualified application may be shared with one selected firm only for the introduction described in this notice and with the applicant's consent. A below-threshold request remains with the Registry during manual review and is not sent to a professional firm unless the Registry first determines that a possible match exists.
Analytics, cookies, and local storage
Essential first-party measurement records page and feature events, referral parameters, a randomly generated session identifier, and basic technical performance. Session attribution is kept in browser session storage. An analytics preference is kept in local storage. Google Analytics is optional and loads only after “Allow optional analytics” is selected. The Registry does not use this site for targeted advertising. Google advertising and ad-personalization signals are disabled. Privacy choices can be changed from the footer.
Limited disclosure
Standard-qualified application details—or a below-threshold request determined matchable after manual review—may be disclosed to one selected estate-scale outdoor-living firm and service providers that operate the registry, email delivery, hosting, analytics, call routing, or security systems. Applicant information is never simultaneously distributed to a contractor bidding list. If an alternate introduction is needed, only one active introduction is maintained at a time. Retention
Site Intelligence results are not retained by the Registry. Contact requests remain in the Registry's email system as needed to respond. Applications, manual-review requests, and consent records are retained while suitability or an introduction is evaluated and afterward as reasonably necessary to document consent, referral activity, security, legal obligations, and business records. Analytics and delivery records are periodically reviewed and removed or de-identified when no longer reasonably needed for those purposes. Active matters, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal holds may require longer retention.
Security and service providers
The Registry uses access controls, bounded and validated form submissions, rate limiting, transport security, and restricted administrative access. No internet service can promise absolute security. Hosting, email, analytics, call routing, and public-data agencies process only the information needed for their respective functions.
Contact and rights
A Colorado resident may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by the Registry. Include a registry reference when available. The Registry will verify identity before disclosing or changing records and will explain if a request cannot be completed. Where applicable law provides additional rights, including portability, opt-out, or appeal rights, the Registry will process them through the same contact method.
